CINNAMON GREEN TEA DETOX WATER
Method: Mix 1 cup green tea with 2 cups of plain water or coconut water and pour it in a mason jar or glass. Add 2 sliced lemons and salt to it. Let it infuse for 2 hours and sip throughout the day.
FRUITY GREEN TEA DETOX WATER
Things you need: To make this delicious Green Tea detox water, you need sliced or chopped grapes, chopped strawberries, chopped cherries and 1 cup green tea.
Method: Mix 1 cup green tea with 2 cups of plain water and pour it in a mason jar or glass. Add chopped grapes, strawberries and cherries top it. Shake it a bit and et it infuse for 2 hours in cool dry place or maybe a refrigerator. Sip throughout the day.
ADDITIONAL TIPS:
· You can use coconut water, fennel water or cumin water to dilute with green tea in the detox recipes.
· You may use frozen fruits and veggies as well to infuse if you are in a hurry.
· Add some Himalayan salt, black salt or sea salt to the green tea detox water recipes to enhance the flavor and benefits.

Method: Mix 1 cup Green Tea with 2 cups of plain water and pour it in a mason jar or glass. To it, add 10-15 mint leaves slightly crushed and 1 small cucumber sliced. Let it infuse for 2 hours and sip throughout the day. You may fill fresh water in it if it finishes and let the ingredients stay in the bottle.
